We strive to provide on-time quality fresh baked goods. However rare, packaging can fail and delivery providers can experience unforeseeable delays.

In the unfortunate event you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us via email @ info@maddiestreat.com or call (669) 305-6111 within 2 days of receipt of product.

We may ask you to return the product for evaluation, which must be received by Maddie’s Treats within 5 days of customer receipt of product and must be in the condition received and original packaging.

After review, we will notify you of approval or denial of refund within 2 business days. Approval of refund will automatically be processed to your original form of payment.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
